Our refund policy for monthly, quarterly and annual subscription renewals allows refunds in cases where:
You did not log into or use the platform in excess of 2 days following renewal of your subscription; AND
You accidentally, inadvertently overlooked the date of your renewal and failed to cancel your subscription in time to avoid being charged and have contacted our support team via email to give notice of this oversight within 2 days.
If you continue to use our platform after payment was collected for a period of 2 days or more, then you would be deemed as an Active User and the refund policy will not apply and no refund will be given.
For initial payments subscribing to Hey Lady! after joining from our Refer A Friend Program, no refunds are provided.
