What's the difference between speaker view, grid view and picture-in-picture view?

The following views only affect your screen and how you view others and yourself during a call inside Hey Lady! Video.
Speaker view: You can only see who is speaking at the time during the call
Grid view: When you can see everyone in the call
Picture-in-picture view: This lets you see other ladies while you're screen sharing. Your video pops out your video while you are sharing your screen!
