Instructions on how to rename or change your display name during a Hey Lady! event

Note: This is not available during webinar-based events such as Grammar Spots or Office Hours. If you would like to change your name during these events, please leave the event and rejoin it (you can find it in your Events I'm going to section here)

1. While inside an event, click the People icon within the in-meeting controls.

2. The list of meeting participants will then appear on the right-hand side of the meeting. Find your name and click the 3 dots. Then click Change name from the drop-down menu.

3. A popup will then appear and allow you to enter your display name. 

4. Click Change name.
