I'm not receiving regular emails from Hey Lady! What should I do?
I Have a Technical Problem!
Updated 3 days ago
Sometimes email services like Outlook, Gmail or Yahoo mistakenly move emails into the wrong folder - such as Spam, Junk or Promotions folders - meaning you miss important Hey Lady! community updates, offers and newsletters!
Thankfully, there are a few things you can do to ensure our emails reach your inbox every time. We've included simple instructions below!
How to add Hey Lady! email addresses to your "safe sender list" (using common email providers)
Most email providers give you the option to add specific, trusted email addresses to a "safe sender" or "whitelist" in your address book, so that important emails always end up in your Inbox, rather than your Spam folder!
Using the simple instructions outlined below, we recommend that you add the following Hey Lady! email addresses to your safe sender list:
hello@heylady.io (for community updates, offers & newsletters)
emma@heylady.io (for emails from our Founder, Emma)
noreply@heylady.io (for account updates & platform/event notifications)
Please note: The process is slightly different depending on which email provider you use, so make sure you focus on the right section below!
