I can’t log into the platform! What should I do?

Here are some things you can try:

  • Log in on a different internet browser or in an incognito window

  • Log in on a different device (another computer, tablet or mobile)

  • Specify what internet browser you are using

  • Specify what computer or mobile device you are using

  • Any screenshots or screen recordings of the error
