After you sign up for Hey Lady!, you may see a small pending charge on your bank statement ($1 or $0.01, for example) as part of the card authorisation process. It is not an actual charge and will not be deducted from your account. Although this may trigger a bank notification, please rest assured that this is a temporary authorisation charge and allows us to verify that your payment method is valid.

Once your payment method has been verified and the charge will disappear from your statement and will drop off your card within 10 business days.
