I have issues watching the video lessons. What should I do?

Updated 14 hours ago

Our lessons are hosted on Vimeo which is blocked in some countries including Indonesia. If you are currently located in a country that blocks Vimeo, please use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) so you can then watch them.

What is a VPN?

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a simple, online tool that protects your privacy online and allows you to access websites and content that may be blocked in your country. It works by connecting your device to the internet through a server in another country.

So, if Vimeo is blocked where you live, you can use a VPN to make it look like you're browsing from a different country where Vimeo is available.

Safe and Popular VPNs to Try ✅

There are many VPN services available, and most are very easy to use. Here are a few reliable options:

  • ExpressVPN – Fast, easy to use, and great for streaming. Paid subscription but includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. A free trial is also available for mobile devices.

  • CyberGhost – User-friendly with good privacy features. Offers a free trial.

  • NordVPN – A trusted provider that includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Tip: While free VPNs exist, paid options are usually faster and more reliable - especially for watching videos

How to Set Up a VPN 🛠️

1. Choose a VPN provider (like the ones listed above).

2. Create an account and download the app to your device (computer, phone, or tablet).

3. Open the app and sign in.

4. Connect to a server in a country where Vimeo is not blocked (e.g, the United States, Canada, UK, Australia).
Tip: Pick a country that has a low latency number. Latency is the time it takes for your data to travel from your device to the VPN server and back again, measured in milliseconds (ms). Lower latency means faster, smoother connections, which is especially important when watching videos.

5. Try watching the video again on our platform (refresh the page if needed!)
