You know, when you leave the event with a huge beaming smile... Or that incredible feeling of having used your English to share, laugh and connect with women all over the world? When you feel so full of joy and pride that you can’t wipe the smile off your face!

Yep... That's the feeling! 😉💫

But this magic doesn't just happen by chance.

It happens because we all share an intention - to show each other respect and kindness, and to acknowledge that we may have different opinions or experiences (we are a global community after all).

It sets our expectations for what is acceptable and appropriate behaviour for all our members during our conversations together.
