As a Hey Lady! member, you can invite your friends and colleagues to join us with an exclusive 'members-only' offer that includes:

🎁 Bonus credit of $20 USD to their Hey Lady! account*
*This credit will reduce their first membership payment if they continue after the trial.
For every friend that continues after her trial by paying for her membership, you become eligible to earn rewards - including return flights to a Hey Lady! meetup! 😲
Every Hey Lady! member has a unique ‘Referral Link’ they can share with their friends and colleagues. Your unique link identifies you as the person who referred the new member.
You can easily find your link by clicking the “Invite a Friend” button:
At the bottom of every page inside the platform; or
On your Membership Settings page
When someone uses your link, they will be guided to create an account and join the community on a Monthly Plan.
A credit/debit card or PayPal account is required however she will not be charged until the 7-day trial has ended. She can cancel any time during the trial to avoid payment.
We will send you a notification inside the platform when your friend signs up.
After 7 days, her trial membership will end and she we will be charged automatically unless she has cancelled.
If her payment is successful and she does not request a refund, we will credit you as successfully bringing a friend!
You can track the progress of your referral credits and your rewards by clicking “My Rewards” on the same page where you invite a friend.
You can also check the status of your rewards on your Membership Settings page.
When you have invited 5 or more friends you will officially earn the title of “Ambassador”.
Becoming an Ambassador demonstrates your alignment with our shared vision to help women find their voice and use it to create positive change in the world.
Our Support Team will be notified each time you earn a badge. They will check to confirm that your credits are correct and deliver your rewards as soon as possible. Please be patient. We will contact you as soon as your reward has been arranged.
Our members share their links on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and via messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Messenger.
Be creative, but please make sure that the invitations you make are genuine.
Before referring someone to Hey Lady! you should feel confident they are eligible to join our community and that they will enjoy the Hey Lady! way of practising and improving their English.
Only refer ladies who:
Are women aged 18 years and older
Have Intermediate (B1) level English or above (If they're not sure they can complete this online test)
Have the necessary internet speed and equipment (laptop, tablet, mobile)
Would make great members of our community!
Have not previously joined Hey Lady!

Being an Ambassador is a privilege.
It's un-Hey-Lady!-like to abuse this initiative by creating false accounts for yourself or your friends just to get free membership time. To ensure the program is fair for everyone, our team monitors all activity closely.

As many as you like! There is no limit to how many people you can refer, but it is very important for the culture and success of our community that you consider who you are referring carefully. Please read the section above about "Referring the right ladies".
As you know Hey Lady! is a private community where we rely on our membership fees to cover the cost of our professional Coaches, Community Managers, Support Team and our platform.
We assume that anyone who joins Hey Lady! for a trial is seriously considering joining our community and supporting what we do. By requesting a valid payment method we can ensure a seamless transition from the trial to a paid membership.
From our research we also know that adding a payment method encourages trial members to actually log in and make use of their trial before it ends.
Any credit you earn is added to your Hey Lady! account. It is used automatically whenever a charge is applied to your account including:
When your membership renews or you switch from one plan to another, your credit will be used automatically.
When you enrol in one of our programs, your credit will be used to reduce the amount you pay.
When you purchase a credit to take our Speaking Assessment.
For example, if you have $50 credit available in your account and you switch from Monthly to Yearly, the $50 credit will be applied to the $299 Yearly plan so you would pay just $249!
You can check your credit balance at any time on your Membership Settings page.
Congratulations! You won’t pay anything! You will also keep any credit that is not used, in your Hey Lady! account.
No. You can only earn credit when they become a paying member and do not request a refund.
You will receive a notification inside the platform and an email notification each time credit is added to your account.
No, you cannot exchange your credit for cash. Your credit is applied to your Hey Lady! account and can only be used for payments to Hey Lady!
Yes! Your credit can also be used for payments for Hey Lady! paid programs and events, such as the English For Work or Speak English with Ease programs. The credit you have in your account will be applied automatically at the time you pay to enrol in the program.
If you have temporarily paused your membership you can still share your referral link while you are away. Any successful referrals and promotional credit you earn will still be added to your account and can then be used for your Hey Lady! membership subscription when you are ready to resume your subscription.
However - if you cancel and delete your account, any referral credits and promotional credit in your account will be deleted.
