And what makes this so powerful is that every time you host or join a conversation, every time you exchange ideas, share opinions or support one another to learn new things, you create a little spark!

✨That spark could represent the courage that you found in that moment to speak up…. To express your ideas with women who encouraged you to do so

Seeing and feeling this energy inspired our mission at Hey Lady! which is to create one billion sparks… one billion meaningful conversations between women of different cultures. 

And so it is really important to capture these sparks, so we can bring our mission to light and "see" the positive impact we are making together.

How we capture sparks

The next time you join a conversation you will see a special green spark button on the lower right side of the screen.

Click or tap this button when you feel a spark.

There are no rules about when you can or should click it, it’s just a feeling that’s personal to you at that moment.

Clicking the spark button will do two things: 

• It will show the people in your call that you are grateful in that moment. When you give a spark you’re saying, "This moment is meaningful to me"..

• Your sparks will be collected; they will be recorded and counted on our platform. 

By collecting sparks from all of us here in Hey Lady!, we can celebrate the contributions and meaningful moments that we create together. 

You’ll be able to see how many sparks we have created just by scrolling to the bottom of every page inside the platform. 

Every time you feel a spark, our sparks counter will increase by one, acknowledging your contribution to our mission… to create one billion meaningful conversations between women of different cultures.
