If you cannot attend a Fluency Group session, we do not offer ‘make-up’ sessions, nor do we offer compensation for missed sessions so it's important to pick one that you can commit to.

There are several time slots to choose from - in different timezones, for different English levels - meaning there are classes for everyone to enjoy. The one that you pick will run at the same time every week, for the entire 6 weeks.

We may be able to provide you with a recording, however, because the sessions are practical and focus on your participation in small group discussions, it will not offer a complete substitute for you being there.

Your coach will send you the workbook or any materials from the session so that you can catch up on what you missed in your own time. We also encourage you to meet up with another lady/ladies in your group to do the workbook practice together!
