What's the difference between a moderator and a member?

When you create a public channel or group chat, you can also nominate moderators. Moderators have administrative functions in the group such as adding/removing members, archiving and updating the chat's profile photo.
How do I make someone a moderator?
1. Find the group chat public channel
2. Click the 3 dots and select Group Info or Channel Info
3. Find the member's name and click the dropdown. Click Moderator.
(If you want to remove someone's Moderator status, just repeat the steps above but select Member!)
