What's the difference between deleting my account and cancelling my subscription?

Deleting your account means that your account and all information (including credit card details) will be permanently removed from our system. If you plan to return to Hey Lady! in the future, you will need to set up a new account and profile.

This is the best option for you if you want all your information deleted from our system and do not plan to return to Hey Lady!

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or profile, it only stops your subscription and any future payments. That means that if you plan to return to Hey Lady! in the future, you simply need to log back into the platform and pick a plan to continue again (we will restore your account and profile!)

This is the best option for you if you want to take a temporary break from Hey Lady!
