Hey Lady! offers a safe and supportive space to practise English for anyone identifying as a woman.

Speaking in a second language is challenging - for anyone. There can be all sorts of negative emotions at play: fear, anxiety, doubt, frustration, awkwardness, to name just a few. 

Women-only spaces are important in providing access and opportunity for women around the world, across cultures, in support of women’s education and gender equality. At Hey Lady!, we work hard to reduce barriers as much as possible so that our members are not only able to participate, but thrive as they interact with others in their non-native language.‍ 

It's no surprise that many of the women in our community have been introduced to us by a supportive man in their lives - a loving husband, kind father, sweet son or supportive boss - who want to see them succeed.
