If your credit card or Paypal account has been charged the membership fee before your 7-day trial, it is because your account was activated, meaning your trial ended and you became a paying member of the community.

There are 2 ways this can happen, either:

1. By clicking the "Activate now" button to attend an event hosted by another Hey Lady! member.

Note: If you're currently on a free trial, you can join events hosted by our Community Team, Big Sisters and Coaches but you can't join events run by members until your trial ends and you are on a paying membership.

2. By clicking the "Activate now" button on your Account Settings page.
