When you edit your event such as a change in date or time, your participants (those who have clicked 'I will attend') will be notified by email or notifications - depending on their notification settings.
If you would like to send a group message to your participants, you can tag @participants, select participants (Tag Event Participants) and write your note in the comments section of the event. All of your participants will then be notified of your comment.
