How do I pause my membership?

It’s simple and easy to take a little break from English while you are busy at work, taking care of a family member or going on holiday!

You can pause your membership for as long as you need. While your membership is paused, you:

✅ Can log in and message friends, receive invitations and see what's happening in the community

❌ Will not be able to take part in events or chats
❌ Will not be able to access the learning material and video lessons.

Instructions on how to pause your Hey Lady! membership

1. Go to your profile photo at the top right corner and click Settings

2. Click Payment details

3. Click Pause

4. Let us know how long you intend to be away for (this is just a way for us to update your profile and let your friends know when you plan to be back!)

When you're ready to come back, simply log in, hit "Unpause" and you'll have full access again straight away.

Any days you have left in your billing cycle are saved and will be applied when you return. For example, if you pause by 2 weeks, then your next renewal/payment date will be pushed forward by 2 weeks.
