Pause Billing is for a short break.
Your account, chats and community connections stay with you, and your billing automatically resumes at the end of your chosen pause.
You can only pause a subscription that has already been paid. If your last payment was unsuccessful, it can not be paused. You can contact our support team if you are unable to pay your fees and want to switch to a different plan to keep your membership.
Cancelling means you're leaving the community.
Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account enters a 30-day recovery period. If you don't reactivate during that time, your account history will be permanently deleted and you'll need to start again if you return in the future.
